INDIA – DOMESTIC ONLY
We are pleased to offer domestic shipping to India! Please allow for processing times of 24-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day.
Below are our domestic shipping methods and costs for India:
- INR 1000 - Standard Shipping Charges for order upto INR 25000
- Free Shipping - for order above INR 25000
Time In Transit (excluding holidays and weekend):
- Standard: 5-7 Business Days*
- *Please note, time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Collektklove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or another secure location.
If your package stops moving at any point, don’t fret. It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs or undergoing a new distribution center scan. Occasionally there may be weather delays or events that will cause delays; your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
